At Kaheelah Auction, we understand that a smooth and secure delivery process is crucial when it comes to transporting horses to their new owners. We have developed a comprehensive delivery policy to ensure the safe transportation of Arabian horses from our stud in Dubai to their respective destinations. Please review the following guidelines:

Delivery:

a.    Local Pickup: Buyers have the option to pick up the purchased horse directly from Dubai Arabian horse stud in Dubai. Buyers must schedule an appointment for pickup in advance.

b.    For buyers who are unable to pick up the horse themselves, Kaheelah Auction will provide contacts of professional transportation companies (Transport arrangements and costs will be the buyer's responsibility).

c.    For Breeding Shipment, Dubai Arabian Horse Stud will provide the semen tank and the buyer has to pay a deposit of USD (3,000 $) which is refundable upon the receipt of the semen tank by the Dubai Arabian Horse Stud.

Veterinary Health Check:

Before the horse leaves our stud, a thorough veterinary health check will be conducted to ensure the horse is fit for travel. This includes a general health assessment, vaccinations, and required documentation. A health certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian will accompany the horse during transportation.

Insurance:

Optional for the Buyer.

Shipping Timelines:

Once the auction is completed, we will work closely with the buyer to arrange a suitable shipping date and time. Shipping timelines may vary depending on the destination and availability of transport services. We will make every effort to provide an estimated delivery timeframe and keep the buyer informed of any delays.

Buyer Responsibilities:

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that they have made suitable arrangements to receive the horse upon delivery. This includes having appropriate facilities and personnel available to handle and accommodate the horse at its destination.

Returns and Refunds:

Once the horse has been successfully delivered to the buyer's designated location, all sales will be considered final, and no returns or refunds will be .
