  2. Choose an amount and add your detailsWe email you a receipt.
  3. Pay securely by cardThe amount is in their wallet as soon as the payment is approved.

Questions

Do I need a Kaheelah account?

No. Anyone can pay into a member's wallet. If you are signed in, your details are filled in for you.

What is the wallet used for?

Some auctions require a minimum wallet balance before a member can bid. A quick recharge tops it up so they are ready to bid.

Will the member know who paid?

Yes. Your name is on their receipt and in their wallet history.

Can a quick recharge be refunded?

Yes. Refunds go back to the card that paid, as set out in our refund policy.
